Early Morning Villas Structure Fire Extinguished

VILLAS- Firefighters responded to a report of an attic fire here at 2800 Bayshore Rd at 6:32 a.m. on Saturday, Feb 21.According to Villas Assistant Chief Harron, heavy smoke was coming from the home when he arrived.
Townbank and Erma were also dispatched to the scene with Lower Township Rescue Squad, said Harron.
The residents of the home escaped without injury, said Harron.
The fire is under investigation by the Cape May County Fire Marshal.
