1.  $400.00 deposit to lock-in date for Hall.  Will be returned within
       30 days following the date of event.

2.  $700.00 (Friday and Saturday) to rent Hall for 4 hours.    
      $100.00 for additional hour.  (5 hour max.)

3.  $400.00 (Sunday through Thursday) to rent Hall for 4 hours (soda dispenser not
       included - $50.00 additional fee) with occupancy of 100 or below.      
      $100.00 additional if over 100 occupancy.

4.  Fee for Hall includes: 2 custodians, use of kitchen**, i.e. (ice machine, convection
     oven, oven, range, refrigerator/freezer, soda dispenser* with 6 different brands of
     soda) 3 hour set-up time - day before or day of event.  Bartender available for
     additional fee.
     
5.  Hall seats up to 250 people.   (8 per 60" round table)  For comfortable event with dance
     floor, we recommend that you don't exceed 200 people.  Elevated stage seats up to 16
     occupants.

6.  Outside lighted marquee sign for special message.

7.  Spacious Lobby with coat room.  Handicap Parking.

     * Soda dispenser (coke, diet coke, ginger ale, birch beer, 7-up, orange soda) included
       with full rate.  Additional charge of $50.00 for reduced rates.

     ** If professional caterer does not use kitchen, an additional deposit of $100.00 is 
     required.  Renter is responsible for cleaning of kitchen.
