FORMER APPARATUS

The former "Engine 6133" was a 1962 GMC/Great Eastern 750
GPM pumper which served the Company until 1994 when it was
replaced by one the Pierce "Twins".

A former "workhorse" of the department was our previous
"Engine
6134", a 1967 American LaFrance which was replaced in 1994.
It's shown pumping at the Lobster House packing warehouse
fire in 1976.

Town Bank's first aerial ladder truck was this 1956 Ford/Seagrave
with a 65-ft. ladder. It was replaced in 1994 by Tower 6155.

This 1972 Mack model R Pumper had a 1000 GPM pump and
a 1000 -gallon tank. It was known as "Engine 6136" before
being sold to a fire department in Kentucky.

The original Engine 614 was a 1926 American
LaFrance, which was replaced in 1967
by the new American LaFrance.

Engine 6132 was a
1980
Mack MC
1000 GPM pumper with a 1000 gallon tank.

Utility 6196 was a 1988 Ford 3-D utility vehicle. Housing a large reel
in the back, and it held 1550 feet of 5-inch supply line.
6196 also had a cascade unit to fill SCBA bottles as well as Dive bottles.

Old 6195 was a 1980 Chevy box van bought from Dennisville Fire
Company in Cape May County in 1994. The interior was custom
built in-station to house dive gear and all equipment needed for diving,
like full length cabinets for dry suits and storage for each diver's gear.
The Dive Van had a Honda generator and 2,500 watt quartz lights for
night dives.
